Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in Phoenix, AZ.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Homes Hero with respect to the use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
